Click Create Chatbot
Select which AI Agent powers it

Quick Messages

Add buttons for common questions visitors can click:

Display Conditions

Control where the chatbot appears:

Pages — All pages, specific pages, or URL patterns
Users — All visitors, logged in only, or specific roles
Devices — Desktop, mobile, or both
Time — Always, business hours, or scheduled dates

Rate Limiting

Protect your AI Credits:

Set messages per hour/day
Add cooldown between messages
Customize the "limit reached" message

Embedding

The chatbot appears automatically based on your display conditions. For manual embedding:
