What You Can Do

Content Management

  • Create content — "Create a draft post about sustainable living"
  • Edit content — "Update the title of post ID 45"
  • Find content — "Show me all posts without featured images"
  • Bulk actions — "Change category for all posts tagged 'news'"

Media Library

  • Upload images — "Upload this image: [URL]"
  • Update metadata — "Set alt text for image ID 123"
  • Set featured images — "Add a featured image to my latest post"

Site Information

  • Settings — "What's my site title?"
  • Server info — "What PHP version am I running?"
  • Database — "How many posts do I have?"
  • Plugins — "List all active plugins"

WooCommerce (if installed)

  • Products — "Show me products under $50"
  • Orders — "List orders from last 7 days"
  • Reports — "What's my total revenue this month?"

Example Workflows

Content audit:

"Show me posts older than 2 years that haven't been updated"

Quick content creation:

"Create a draft post titled 'Summer Sale Announcement' with details about our 20% discount"

Media cleanup:

"Find all images larger than 1MB"

Permissions

For safety, you control what the AI can do. In Settings → Permissions:

  • Create — Allow creating new content
  • Update — Allow editing existing content
  • Delete — Allow removing content (use carefully)

Start with Create and Update enabled, leave Delete off until you're comfortable.
